Safari remembering previously opened tabs

How can i set safari so that when I open it, it opens up all the last tabs that were open before it was closed the previous time?

3.2 GHz Intel Core i3, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

Not natively, but installing Glims will enable you to have that option in Safari Preferences:

From your Safari menu bar click History / Reopen all windows from last session.

Hi, do you know if you can keep this command as a preference, so that automatically when you open Safari it opens with your tabs?

This is still happening to me too on the latest update. Apart from general issues mentioned throughout this thread my deepest concern is security. My Bank account details, sign in page etc could flash up and if it is still in the memory of the iPAD could some software access it, even some game that we have down loaded for example?

Surprised Apple not made any comments on this too. Can you please let us know why the bug exists and does it have potential security issues.
