iPad wont charge,connect to iTunes or appear on my pc at all

Hello
i got an iPad as a gift and it wont charge "from the power adapter or using my PC" or sync to my iTunes even my pc does not show anything when i plug it in.
the iPad simply shows the "conect to iTunes" message !!

I've tried to use another iPad power adapter and it didn't work
I've tried to use another cable and it didn't work
I've tried to use another computer "both MAC and Windows" and it didn't work
I've tried different versions of iTunes " al 9.1 and above" and it didn't work
I've tried to restart/shutdown the iPad and it didn't work 😟

so could the problem be from the iPad it self ? and what can i do about it ?

please help..

It's likely a windows problem.

http://www.apple.com/support/ipad/assistant/itunes/ may help you figure out why windows won't recognize the iPad.

thanks for the answer

but I'm pretty sure that nothing is wrong with my PC
because i tried to connect another devises " my friend's ipad,my iPhone and my iPod" and they all worked perfectly

also I've tried to connect my iPad to a MacBook and it didn't work 😟

If you believe there is a problem with the unit, you will need to take it to the authorized service center in your country.

I have tried it in Mac Book Pro with old to latest version of iTunes. and also changed many cables and adaptor... bt didnt work properly not even shows up my device in both Windows 7 and Mac Book Pro.

Pleaseeeeee Help me.
