FAQ available on upgrading to a larger internal HD?

I'm getting ready to purchase a larger internal HD, to replace my nearly full 160 GB drive. I found a great tutorial at ifixit about how to remove the original HD.

Can it be this simple (?) --

get a new internal HD and enclosure (I'm looking at OWC for that), and then mount this new disk.
will I need to address it with Disk Utilities?
use SuperDuper to clone my original HD to my new one
shut down, and replace the drives?

Any steps I've missed?

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.4), iPhone 4, iPod, Nikon D50, Parallels 5.0/WinXP

Hi D,

Yes, you first need to partition it as GUID. I also like to zero the HD.

I would boot from the external first, just to make sure it's a clean clone-job.

Just those I've added. Really, it isn't too difficult.
