Q: FCSvr Search-Expired ignore if Asset is linked to Production

Hi,

I am running into some logical problems.
I have got a job running for searching expired content and copy the result of it to an export-share if the search expired matches.
Is is possible to ignore assets which are expired but are linked to a production?

I have already tried a view things to set a asset metadata-field with a Subscribe to Production and a Set-Metadata Response while creating, modifying a production for filtering the search-expired content while the job is running. Without success.

Is there a way to do that.
