iPhone stuck in PORTRAIT mode

My iPhone screen is stuck in portrait. It used to switch to landscape when I hold the phone horizontally. That was good for watching videos, photos and webpages. But none anymore. Now I have the icon showing in the taskbar that portrait mode is locked. But how do I unlock it? Help pleeeeeease! Many thanks.

maybe you could have a look at my problem over in the Syncing category. From over 4000 photos, syncing has deleted 3000 now, even though I still have 1 GB free space. full details over in Sync. Cheers.

Double click the home button to bring up the multitasking bar, swipe left to right, you'll see the orientation lock, tap it to lock or unlock.

I've noticed in 4.1 that sometimes it will get stuck... Just restart phone!

I have the same issue but I don't see this "orientation lock" on the multitasking bar....

My bad! You have to scroll all the way to the left. I was wondering what the icon at the top meant...
