I just bought iPhone 4 from some person in Saudi Arabia, he told me he bought it from Canad and it's officially unlock. and it worked great with me first days.

I think it's not from Canad, it's from USA and it's not officially unlock, but Jailbreaked as one of my friends told me.
I'm not good in these things and have no experience in unlocked iPhone
for that I hope u can help me to unlock my iPhone or get PUK, because it's useless now 😟

Canadian iPhones come in locked and unlocked versions. If bought at full price directly from Apple, they will be unlocked. If bought from a carrier at full or discounted contract price, or from Apple with a carrier SIM, they will be locked.

If it locked during an update, it probably was a locked iPhone that had been unlocked via jailbreaking. In that case, there is no way to unlock it after updating to 4.1.

ALL iphones purchased in the US are carrier locked to AT&T with NO WAY to officially unlock them as AT&T(the only one's who could) does not offer unlocking for the iphone for anyone for any reason.

There are absolutely NO officially unlocked iphones sold in the US...NONE, ZERO, NADA, DOESN'T EXIST, NOPE, NNE, NEJ, NI...you get the picture?
