Sim Card Holder Broken in Phone

I recently upgraded to a iPhone 4 and sold my iPhone 3G. When I went to remove my sim card from the 3G, somehow the sim card tray got stuck in the phone. I did pull it quite hard and the bottom section snapped off and got stuck in the phone.

Now how do I get this out without having to go to Apple where I have been quoted £129 to remove the stuck bit?
Is there somewhere cheaper to go or is there a way of removing it myself?

Please help as I need to sell the phone!

Thanks.

I'd make an appointment at an Apple store anyway. It should not cost what you were quoted to remove the broken sim tray. The geniuses have special tools for things like this. If they still want to charge you that amount, google third party repair shops in your area.
