itunes cannot detect Ipod touch 2G

Hi. my itunes is unable to detect my ipod touch, although windows shows it in my computer. when i run the diagnostic, everything is find except itunes is unable to detect the ipod touch. however, when i try to sync on another computer, it is okay.

is there anyway to fix this problem?

although AMDS is started, sometimes i get an error saying it isn't (and then i have to go to services to enable it). at other times, i get a Ex000065 error, and I don't know what to do.
