Unable to back up new IP4 in ITunes

I backed up my 3GS, then purchased a IP4, synced it and now I get an error on each sync that the backup cannot be done on this computer. Any help will be most appreciated.

Mac Book Pro 15" 2.8 GHz, 4GB RAM, Mac OS X (10.6.4), iPhone 4
