My mac pro wakes by itself
Hi,
Since I've switched from wired keyboard and mouse to wireless keyboard (the one that came with my 2008 mac pro, with 3 batteries) and the magic trackpad, my mac pro wakes up by itself...
I thought first it could be the USB hub from my HP LP3065 display, but disconnecting it did not change a thing, so I'm pretty sure it is the bluetooth keyboard/trackpad instead...
So I disabled the possibility for the bluetooth devices to wake the computer in system preferences, and things got better (although I sometimes have trouble to reconnect the bluetooth devices) but this morning again, I found the mac pro awake, with this in the logs :
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel Wake reason = UHC3 EHCI
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel System Wake
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel Previous Sleep Cause: 5
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel USB (EHCI):Port 6 on bus 0xfd connected or disconnected: portSC(0x101803)
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel An Unknown USB Device (Port 6 of Hub at 0xfd000000), may have caused a wake by being connected
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel The USB device IOUSBWirelessControllerDevice (Port 2 of Hub at 0x5d000000) may have caused a wake by being disconnected
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel The USB device IOUSBWirelessControllerDevice (Port 2 of Hub at 0x5d000000) may have caused a wake by issuing a remote wakeup
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel E:[AppleUSBBluetoothHCIController][StartInterruptPipeRead] ClearPipeStall failed with error 0xe00002ed.
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel E:[AppleUSBBluetoothHCIController]WARNING !!!! [DeviceRequestCompleteHandler] error e00002ed
22/09/10 05:19:05 kernel [InterruptReadHandler] Received kIODeviceNotResponding error - retrying: 1.
Well, obviously bluetooth again, but what can I do next ?
Thanks,
Pierre-Henri
