how do u open this SPECK iphone case!??

HI

I just slotted my iphone to this new SPECK case, and somehow,it caused one end of my protective film to 'popped' out at the open left corner.
I had a hard time trying to ply open this new case, but it is freaking no use at all. How do you open this freaking SPECK fitted case!?

my poor film...

Appreciate some advise, thanks.

I did feedback to the maker but its via their website form just now.

i was frustrated coz the case was given as part of apple free case program
and i had taken out my original case which i bought to replace & try out the new SPECK case. Now I cant change the case back.

wondering if anyone had such experience and kind to advise??

Think the SPECK fitted case shd be taken out from the list of free cases coz its too difficult to take out.

Just got my iphone 4 -- paid an extra 29.99 for a case (at&t) then another 19.99 for 2 screen protectors (at&t). So how come after spending more than $350.00 --- Apple/ATT doesn't have the decency to make sure customers can protect both the phone and the screen with a case and the screen protector that fits the phone correctly????

How could anyone here answer your question? This is strictly a user-to-user tech support site. Apple, and certainly not AT&T, doesn't participate in this forum or read these posts.

Out of curiosity, by what stretch reasoning (other than self-serving whining) do you think that Apple is responsible for guaranteeing the functionality of a 3rd party accessory sold by another vendor.
