Cannot pair iPhone 4 with iPad via bluetooth
Turned on the bluetooth of iphone 4 & ipad but both devices cannot find each other even they are sitting next to each other. Any suggestion what to check?

The ipad only supports Bluetooth peer-to-peer connectivity for applications. See this article for the proper setup, the ipad does not support tethering:
