How do I create a hyperlink...

How do I create a hyperlink on a Pages document on the iPad?

The new update to 1.2 apparently allows you to do this but I can't find the function anywhere

iMac 3.06 GHz, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

Copy/paste a url or type the complete address. When you save as pdf it has a clickable hyperlink, although it doesn't look like one unless you change the text style.

EDIT Just tested and you can skip the http:// part.

An update to the pages app showed up today for download.(sept 22). Doocumentation says it now supports creation of hyperlinks.

Barbara, I just tried the hyper link option in Pages and Keynote for the iPad. It works!

Found the trick to getting it to format as a visible hyperlink and to give you the other hyperlink options is to insert a return after typing the link.
