Can iPod Shuffle Battery pack be used to charge nano?
I have both a shuffle and a nano. I bought a battery pack for the shuffle from apple and was wondering, since the voltages should be fine, if I could use that to charge the nano. I do not want to try without and advice beforehand in fear I overpower something, etc. Does anyone know if I could use this battery pack to charge the nano?
No.
1 - It will not fit on a Nano.
2 - It does not charge the internal batteries of the Shuffle nor would it charge the Nano. It simply allows you to use AA batteries.
I believe that you misunderstand. I would be connecting the nano to its 30-pin usb connector cable and then connecting that to the Shuffle Battry Pack. Also: I was not aware that it did not charge the batteries of the Suffle. Are you certain of this fact?
Yes, it will work if you connect a cable.
Yes, I am sure it does not charge the shuffle or the Nano. It may give it a
slight charge but nothing significant.
