I am unable to sign in to itunes. It tells me my Apple ID or password is incorrect, even tho I have not changed anything. When I click on forgot password it tells me it was sent to my email, but never shows up. I tried creating a new account and again it wil not allow me....HELP!!

    I am having the exact same problem. I am unable to login using my apple id created many moons ago. However, I could create a new id using the old id name. All purchases and warranties recorded under the "old" id have been lost. This is really really bad. Very un-Apple like. If this doesn't get fixed then hasta la vista to any product that requires an Apple ID to function.

    What do you mean "lost"?
    If they are no longer on your hard drive (look in /Music/iTunes/iTunes media), then restore them from your most current backup.

    RIght-click > Get Info on one of those "old" songs.
    Have a look at the Summary tab and "Purchased By" and "Account Name".
    If even one letter is off, lower case vs upper case for example, it's a different ID.
