Welcome to Apple Discussions & the Mac community.

You'll have to buy the Panther 10.3 installer. If you do a Google search for M9227LL/A (Panther 10.3 retail install CDs) or M9228LL/A (Family Pack), you may find a set. The CDs should be black with a white X. Don't buy a gray installer, since they only work on specific Mac models.

After you install the base 10.3.x, update to the final Panther version 10.3.9. See Mac OS X 10.3.9 Update (Combo) http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2464

In addition to Craig's List, check eBay & the site below.

If you have Ethernet wired internet to your workspace, and get a powered Ethernet
multiple port Hub to share the main ISP account among two or more computers, it
may be you won't have to use wireless at all. A hardwired network is rather basic.

Or, if the computer(s) in question use the Original AirPort wireless card, you may
have to do some checking, and buy some of them. Some of the computers they
were made to be used in, required an AirPort card adapter so the card would fit.
This is another original part, some of those older Macs could need to use the card.

Later Macs that use an AirPort Extreme wireless card, can't use the Original AirPort
wireless card, as these are not inter-changeable either way.

Another old computer issue can be in finding suitable web browsers for ancient
operating systems; since nothing new exists to support them. And, older Macs
may need to have their Firmware updated before an OS X system is installed.

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
