How to transfer voice memos to PC without iTunes?

I would like to transfer voice memos to a Windows XP PC which does not have iTunes.

I was able to transfer photos and videos with no problem by just dragging them from one file manager window to another, but I would like to do the same or similar with voice memos.

Is there another way besides email and iTunes?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.4), Time Capsule + iPhone4

No.
Could consider using a different voice recorder app (many free ones) that offer the ability to email the sound file.

Or as I never used the built in one, I just looked, and it does have option to share (email) the audio file.
