I just got a brand new ipod touch & used it for the first time yesterday. The camera was working perfectly fine until I tried to facetime. Now the camera is not working and looks like the shutter is "closed" like right after you take a picture. Any advice?

    Have you tried http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430 ?

Powering completely off and then restarting has cleared a couple of unrelated quirks for me.

An Apple Service Technician has the tools, test equipment, and technical documentation needed to answer you question authoritatively.

If you still need help, you could ask "Express Lane" http://expresslane.apple.com/

i've already giving up. I've tried almost everything and it still can't work.
I went to the apple service provider here and let them do all the service thing. Thanks for the advice btw.
