iTunes Terms & Conditions Have Changed...

"...Before you can proceed you must read and accept the new Terms & Conditions" ...is what just greeted me when I tried to upgrade an app for my iPad. Continuing on to the page, I see the first page of legalese of 37 pages that I 'must read' and accept. I just wanted to update my app not read 37 pages of small print (both figuratively and literally). So I'm blocked from being able continue unless I read this? I don't want to read this.

The little bit I did see included a link to a privacy policy that I skimmed and saw that Apple can basically do whatever they want to with my information.... Or at least I think. I'm not sure, I'm not a lawyer... Which is why I don't want to read this new terms and conditions that 'I must' or I can't fully use my expensive new iPad.... Well that, and because, well it gives me the creeps. Hence my request:

Has anyone out there read this and can tell me what, in the Terms & Conditions, has changed"? I would certainly be obliged, as then I wouldn't have to read it myself.

I'm hoping that I am able to "accept" those changes so that I can proceed. I'm a little worried, though, after having been creeped out by the "Privacy" policy. I'm worried that I might not ever be able to obtain any more apps to run on my iPad. Although I've heard about a technique called 'Jail Breaking' that might allow me to get my apps from another place, I've heard that if I do that then I'd be violating another set of 'Terms and Conditions' that would void my warrantee.

Can someone please help?

Thanks in advance.
