Help with copypod please

I recently downloaded CopyPod to restore my iTunes with my iPod's playcounts, playlists, etc., because I had recently cleaned out my computer and deleted everything. When using CopyPod's 14-day trial version, everything had been working great, and I had successfully transferred about 650 songs. With "1 Trial Days" left, when I click "backup to iTunes" the transfer will start, but won't even copy the first song. Any suggestions?
