For this one, it appears that your airport stuff is the culprit:

I have been recently getting the KP message when i start my Mac Pro. I am unable to load the OSX DVD that came with my Pro and my Snow Leopard DVD. I Partitioned my drive for Windows when I got my Pro almost two years ago. I recently (last month) had more memory installed by an Apple Tech at my local Apple Dealer. I ran the Hardware Test on full, 3 hours later, no problems.

Windows Boots perfectly minus quiet a few blue dots and blue lines on the "Windows Load Screen" but after that they are not there, and Windows can not load my Graphic Card (NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT 512MB) I reinstalled the Drivers, but No Go. I completely reinstalled OSX and deleted the Mac Partition (just incase) but i'm still getting the KP. I read the Console Log from Target Drive Mode and I'm not sure what to make of it... this is what I get:
