Iphone not making key noise or ringing and freezing! HELP PLEASE

Can anyone please help me? I have Iphone 8G and i has resently started not ringing and sometimes not even vibrating when i have a call, then when i try answer it i can slide but it will not pick up straight away, the slide will stay on the right and after about 5sec it will pick up. Then when i am wrighting a txt it will freeze and i can keep typing and it will (After a long time) catch up. if you have any ideas that would be great thanks

Have you tried turning it completely off and then back on? That sounds like a reboot of the phone might clear it up. I had something similar happen with my iPhone 4 where it would keep on playing the ringtone over and over even after I answered and even if the phone was on silent. I shut it down by pressing the top power button and the home button simultaneously and then confirming that i wanted to shut it off with slide confirmation. When I restarted it the problem so far has not happened again. So try that first if you have not already.

Thanks for that but i have tryed that and still no fix, i also upgraded the phone to see if that worked. it also now will not work when its not on silent it just goes really slow! and tryed an app the other day and it told me to plug my speaker in! NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE
