iTunes Store Not Displaying Correctly

When I open iTunes the page shows up as an HTML and all the links are broken. I ran diagnostics and it showed that my iTunes store 'secure' connection was unsuccessful.

By any chance, are you using CA Security software on that PC? If so, which particular variety and version do you have?

If it's CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2010, CA Internet Security Suite Plus V7, My Internet 2010, or My Internet V7, perhaps try the following CA troubleshooting document (even if you're not getting a -50 ... I've seen this implicated with the broken HTML effect before too):
