Iphone and xm radio app

I am unable to login to my xm radio acct. All it does is scroll saying "checking user credentials". This is not the first time. Is this an Apple app issue or xm issue. I have emptied the cache as xm requested and it still is not working. Thanks for your feedback.

XM issue. They wrote the app and they manage the login and credentials.

YOu can try deleting the app, then reinstalling it. If that doesn't fix it, contact xm at either their support link in the apps store's apps page for the xm app or via the link on the emailed receipt you got when purchasing the app.
