Change Wallpaper to own Pic?

I'm wondering if there is a way to change the wallpaper on the new 6th gen ipod nano? I see its possible to change it to one of the defaults, but is there a way to use your own pictures? I realize this may have been in the instructions, but I bought my ipod in Korea and the instructions are only in Korean (which I can't read). Thanks!
