Question

Contacts not syncing - Mail, Safari bookmarks do.

Quite recently I noticed that changes made in my contacts are not available in my iPad contacts. After cutting off the iPad sync and deleting it, I reactivated Contacts and the iPad file is empty, whilst the MobileMe, iPhone and Macs files are OK. What can I do ?

McBook Intel,iMac 3,06Ghz, iMac Core i7,iPhone 4, iPad 3G, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

I do not understand what you meant by: "cutting off the iPad sync and deleting it". What it cutting off? what is it? Also, what is reactivate?

Are the necessary checkboxes checked in the Info>Contacts pane of iTunes when your iPad s connected to your computer?

The issue is now solved: I deleted the whole MobileMe account on the iPad and I recreated it (as was suggested in some FAQ's).
Syncing took quite some time but now my contacts are all back.
