'Fitted' Speck Case - Broken within weeks
As part of the iPhone 4 case programme I got a Fitted case from Spec. It's a decent fit and I was enjoying the benefits of it. However, today I have discovered that it has cracked rendering it useless 😟
Now, perhaps I should just forget about it given that I received it free of charge, but I can't help thinking that Apple has paid for this in order that I have a shield for the iPhone's antenna. Now, as the result of a manufacturing defect or design flaw, I don't have that case and Apple have paid good money for nothing.
Does anyone know how I can contact Apple in the UK to follow this up? Is there an email address or web form? I've spend a considerable amount of time looking myself but I can't find anything.
Also, has anyone else had a similar problem with the Fitted case from Speck or am I just unlucky?
