Deleted voice mails keep restoring themselves

Over the past couple of days, I have two instances of going to the visual voice mail screen in my iPhone and finding several voice mails I had previously deleted, back in my saved voice mail. I then have to go through and delete them all again.

The first time I assumed it was a fluke, but the second time it's irritating.
