Leopard plus does not support this.

You need to use a program called SheepShaver (or similar) to emulate classic mac. Try just looking around, also in the MacOS9 forums maybe http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=99.

Hi QandA2010;

While is it true you can install and use Sheepshaver, please be aware that it is a non-trivial task to get it operational. Then once you do, it is only capable of supporting a subset of the OS 9 applications.

A simpler way would be to get an another older Mac capable of running OS 9 and running QM Levels 1-3 there instead.

Welcome to Apple Discussions!

Check my FAQ on how to get a used or refurbished Mac*:

http://www.macmaps.com/usedrefurbished.html

Check my other FAQ on which Macs are compatible with Mac OS 9*:

http://www.macmaps.com/macosxnative.html

Note, a Mac with the ability to boot Mac OS 9 will give you much more Mac OS 9 compatibility than one that only supports Classic. Verify that QM can use Mac OS 9 first before getting a Mac that can only do 9. Some older software will only run on even older Mac OS versions. The read me that comes with the installer or that is available at the download site, should tell you which Mac OS is required.
