Online chat help for itunes?

There is no live chat as there is for MobileMe; iTunes support, for problems with podcasts, is at
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts' to send them a message.

Is there support people on apple that will chat with me online about my itunes?

Maybe. Chat is available for some issues.
Go to -> http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ and select the issue closest to what you want. (Don't know why Roger suggested you select Podcast).
