flip4mac download

Where are you downloading it from? Do you have similar problems downloading other files from other sites? That seems to be taking about 2 hrs and 44 minutes too long.

It's actually made by a company called Telestream, but Microsoft redistributes it.

You didn't answer etresoft's question whether or not you're having trouble downloading in general, or just having problems with this one download in particular.

Do you have any other 3rd party software installed? I have seen a number of similar reports from people using PeerGuardian.

Another possibility is your ISP. I have heard reports that some ISPs (Qwest, in particular) has trouble with some types downloads. This download seems to be one of those dynamically generated ones that could be causing your ISP to try to throttle it.
