Then to: Library/Application support
Then delete the directory called : Conduit

I had this problem for 6 months, but you advice worked in my safari and now this message is fixed...
This one has been driving me nuts for almost a year.
None of the "solutions" work, as I have NONE of the listed files on my system.

Looking at the directory contents I have a feeling that's the right solution. If so a lot of my friends will be happy as well.
