Extract/ export images from a Pages document?

Is it possible to extract or export an individual image that has been placed in a Pages file?

G5, dual 2Ghz, Mac OS X (10.4.6)

Yes, select the graphic:

+Inspector > Metrics > File Info: > drag the file's icon to the desktop+
