windows and cursor moving opposite direction _ Keyboard Command?

This has happened to me before, I cannot find my solution.
I inadvertently typed in a keyboard shortcut and now I need to undo it.
I was using InDesign but think, as I did this once before, that it was an Apple keyboard shortcut.

The screen window, when I move the mouse left, moves right. same as up and down about an inch or so. The resolution on the screen is not crisp either.

What is the keyboard shortcut to restore? I have been looking in help and in the preferences and don't see how to undo what I inadvertently did.
