Failed to Install Profile

I had successfully configured new profile through latest version of iphone Configuration Utility on iPhone 4. Successful synced with Exchange with test account. I then edited the same profile with actual username and password of the user.After doing changes it did not work. Every time i get message "Failed to install profile" I removed the profile from Configuration Utility, it also removed from Iphone. I deleted the entry from available profile. Created new by changing the name of the profile and also gave unique identifier name. I could see Install in utility but same problem when trying to install.Did factory reset, removed and re-installed Utility program in Windows 7 same error.
Now there are no profiles. What could be the problem? any solution.
Did i made a mistake in editing the profile or how to remove,edit and create new profiles again. Is profile still exist somewhere in iTunes, in my system or iPhone?

Pls assist.

Please check, if you filled the field "Domain" with a correct entry.

I have the same Problem.

In my case the problem is, that i missed a domain. Our GroupWare acts like an Exchange but it doesn't need a Domain only a UserID.

The hints on the two fields "Domain" and "userid" aren't correct.

By the way the field "Domain" must have the format "domain.country" (with a dot, two parts)

I called Apple, but support is very bad. They called America and now I'm waiting for a new version fo IOS.

Thanks for the reply. I did check the domain and tried all possible formats. But the problem is profile installation. It fails everytime. I have even created new and unique profile from Config Utility, even that fails to install.
I'm trying to find where is the problem. Is it iPhone or Utility. Is there any way to find the location of profiles in iPhone or in Windows 7. I'm looking out for error logs in both iPhone and Utility so that i could share in the forum or apple support. But i don't the location of logs.
