change language setting

If you have found it yet go to settings/general/language.

By error i pressed "Chinese" as language. Now I find lines of text in all the menus, but I can't read the Chinese letters ...

Pulling all the cables and wait for a minute does not help I am stuck with the unreadable language.

Is there any help?

The micro-USB cable, mentioned in the booklet has an unknown dimension, so I can't connect to my Mac for a "reset".

This is how to change the language from any language:
1. At the Apple TV home screen click the word furthest to the right.
2. Click the first item there.
3. Click the item third from the bottom.
4. Select your new language.

I just did the same mistake and I followed the previous instructions but there is a small correction.
