Unable to analyze project - invalid format

I currently have Final Cut Server 1.5.2 installed on a Macbook pro running 10.6 as a test bed while the eventual xServe is being installed and to go through the training book. I'm stumbling into a weird issue in that I can't seem to upload Final Cut project files into the server. Whenever I attempt it, the upload job fails after 10 minutes odd with the error 'Unable to analyze project - invalid format'.

Is this a known bug or is there something weird in my config? I've tried reinstalling FCSvr several times, but end up with the same problem.
