Move iTunes folder not media to another drive

I want to move the iTunes folder itself to a 2nd partition on my hard drive. I already have the media on that partition.

At present media is stored in D:/My Documents/My Music and iTunes music folder which contains the .itl backup, album art, and iPod Touch apps, is C:/My Music. I want my C:/ partition to be just for Windows and Program Files

I already have D:/My Documents/My Music set as the iTunes music folder in preferences. How can I move anything iTunes related to the 2nd partition and remove it from C:/?

Thanks

Windows 7
