Quicktime 10 Screen Recording To Youtube- No Audio!

I have created a screencast with QT10, and in my Macbook is perfect. HD quality also with perfect audio. After that I publish the video on Youtube, and with my surprise I see the screencast but I don't hear anything.

Can somebody give me a hand with this? I really would like some help, I think this screencast feature is really handy, but if I can't upload it to youtube it has little purpose with me. Thanks, Dave.

I am having the same problem. I can upload a screen capture video in .mov format to YouTube using the Upload button on YouTube's site. The video is OK, but there is no audio. If I upload through QuickTime's Share menu, there is only a partial upload. There is both video and audio, but only about half of the file gets uploaded. Why is this happening?

Import the .mov file into iMovie as a new Event. Then create a new Project and paste the Event into the Project. Now save the event as new .mov file under Share -> Export Movie. Now go to YouTube and upload the file. You now have a video on YouTube with sound.

If this sounds like too much work, it isn't once you have the file in iMovie and can add lots of cool stuff, like titles. Just do it and you will love it.
