Migrate Playlists from iTunes 10.0.0.68 pc to mac

Anyone know how to properly and currently export playlists from pc and import them for mac?

macbook pro, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

Not being allowed to download iTunes 9 - Being told I have a current version but I don't - I have iTunes 10 which I don't want anymore as it's crap and chops the cds that I burn

Copy the file /Music/iTunes/iTunes library.xml to from the PC to the desktop on the Mac.
On the Mac, open iTunes then File > Library > Import playlist and select the *iTunes library.xml* file on the desktop.

Why are you posting in this thread, which has nothing to do with downlaod an older version of iTunes?
I highly suggest you update your OS to 10.6.4 before you do anything.
