Would gently using alcohol wipes, disinfectant, or baby wipes on the iPhone 4 and its screen damage any part of it?

Hmm i have use 2 drops of alcohol on my iphone already... Would it affect the coating?
2 drops won't affect your coating. But the best thing to do is just using a microfibre cloth. because there is an oleofobic coating on the screen, it is easy to clean.
i used glasses cleaning wipes on my ipod touch for over 2 years and it was fine.. i then bought an iphone 4s and used it on the product about 5 times and have stopped to use water.. due to reading im not supose to use this product. the phone still looks brand new. but i will carry on using a damp cloth in the future
🙂
It could damage the oleophobic coating on the phone. The best thing to use is a dry microfibre cloth (the kind that comes with eye glasses).
