Multi-day Calendar Events off by 1 day!!

Will other people please try this if you have a similar setup. I have reproduced this issue with at least 3 other iPhones today.
Exchange 2010 SP1
iPhone iOS 4.1

Create a multi-day event (must be IN OUTLOOK or OWA not on phone!) event can not be an all day event, so it must start at a time on day 1 and end at a time on day 2, or 3 ect.

Sync event to phone...

Is event on the correct day?

In our environment it would start and end a day later than it should. Fun.

Thanks in advance to all that try.

I have the same problem. When I add a multiple day calendar item using my iPhone 3GS 4.1. When it syncs to our Exchange Server it moves it to a different day.

Example: I create a calendar item called: "Boston Trip" for 10/14/10-10/17/10. Once the phone syncs and I open it up it moves the date to 10/15/10-10/18/10!!!

This really is causing an issue with my schedule. I know several other people that are having the same problem.

What is the deal here and how can we fix this issue.

iPhone 3GS
iOS 4.1
Exchange 2010 SP1

Thanks,
Adam

Still having issue. Come on Apple!!

I spoke with a pretty high level MS Exchange Support person about this issue. He claimed it was Apple's issue, not Exchange...

I tried calling Apple Support about this issue, but they would not help me because my iPhone is no longer in the phone support window. I tried telling them that I was not calling about my iPhone, but the 100 + iPhones our corporation has, but that did not work.

Come on! 😟

We have exactly the same issue here. I had started my own post about it, but no solutions or replies.

If the multi-day meetings are set to "All-day", they appear normal. If you specify a start and stop time, then it shifts back a day and switches itself to "All-Day"

When we view that very same meeting in Outlook or OWA, it appears normal. However once the iPhone syncs the wrong times back to Exchange, it changes it in Outlook for that user. Although the meeting appears normal for the originator and they have no idea that several of their attendees have the wrong dates and times set.

I created a multi-day event in Outlook as you described. Then synced with my phone.

Both dates and times were correct.

iPhone4 (4.3.5)

Outlook 2007

Win 7 Pro

Could it have something to do with the date and time settings in the computers. I think we had some similar problems years ago with iPaqs running Win Mobile.

Remember this is the iPhone in the Enterprise section. Is your Outlook connected to an Exchange server? What version of Exchange?

Are you using iTunes to sync, or are you using push from the Exchange server? We use push.

Our Exchange server is 2010 SP1. We've tried Outlook 2007 and 2010 with the same results. Its affecting both Verizon and ATT iPhones.

We called into Apple yesterday and they've escalated it to their engineers now. The tech also promised to contact us again once he has a working fix for us.

They also mentioned that iOS5 has mail and calendars completely redone, so hopefully that will resolve things if they cannot fix before then.

I spoke with an Apple Enterprise Account Exec back in June about this issue, this is the final response I got from him:

"I spoke with my SE on this and they have escalated the issue to our engineering teams. It is a known bug, so there is no quick fix we have for you, but rest assured it is being looked at and hopefully resolved soon."

Still not resolved AKAIK.

We have many devices connected via Active Sync with our Exchange servers and iOS is the only OS that has this issue. Needless to say this has caused us many issues, and a few headaches for me...

Apple, will you please fix!
