Windows Audio Session (WASAPI) support in Windows 7 x64

Hello everyone! I realize that Apple currently does not support Windows Audio Session (WASAPI) in 64-bit versions of Windows (Vista/7). My question is, when will they?!?! This is so frustrating. Just support WASAPI in 64-bit Windows already!

HP dv6605us, Windows 7, 64-bit, Ultimate, iTunes 10.0.1, QT 7.6.8

The most recent update to Quicktime now fixes the grayed out Windows Audio Session problem that Windows 7 64 bit users once had. Enjoy your WASAPI in Quicktime!
