+Numbers Help -> Data and functions -> Enter data into a table cell -> Fill a row or column with a logical range of data:+

after entering your formula, hit the green check ot exit the editor. (or select a range of cells to fill from)

now tap the cell one more time and a floating toolbar will show up that has "fill..." on it.

Tap this and a yellow box will appear around your selection.

Drap the edge in the direction you want to fill in, across the cells to the last cell to accept the new filled information.

Done.
