Hi, curious to know characters that are not within Unicode 2070 "Superscript & Subscripts", then how to make it superscripted, such as "$" or any other alphabets? thnks.

As far as I know it is not possible on the iPad. You need to use a full computer with a full word processor app.
TThere are now a couple of iOS keyboard extensions that allow entry of things like H₂SO₄ search in the App Store for ChemistryKeyboard.
