How can I turn off Zoom on the iPhone (iOS 4)?

ZOOM FEATURE!!!...plz can you help, I have somehow put on zoom setting to large whilst browsing the general settings, I do not know how I have done it nor how to remove it as everything is so big, can someone plz tell me how to get it back to normal a.s.a.p as this is driving me insane!!! Thanks
