Netflix Movies Not Starting

When I hit play on any Netflix the "spinning wheel of death" goes for about 10-15 seconds, then a message that says "Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service . . . " I have unplugged and tried again etc, no luck. Anyone know what the deal is?

I am getting the same problem

First of all the is a new Apple TV 2 that is replacing my 160 GB (320GB) Apple TV. My old Apple TV never gave me any problems. The apple TV set up easy enough and connected to home sharing. I added my Netflix account but it had problems connecting. I tried a few more times and it finally took.

I can't play any movies or TV shows. I just get an error. To be clear. They don't quit playing they just never start.

• I only have 3 active devices associated with my Netflix account
• My Netflix account is in good standing
• My iTunes account is in good standing
• I have a WIRED netwrok using a Apple Time Capsule and an Airport Extreme (802.11n /w Gigabit)
• I just tested my connection at just under 6 mbps
• The 8.8.8.8 DNS trick did not work
• No firmware updates are available

I would like to add MY iPad and PS3 both work with Netflix perfectly. Netflix wrks fine on my computer too. The reason I got the Apple TV was to give my PS3 a break. I don't like all the disk accessing on the PS3 system, This Apple TV is supposed to be faster!

I have rebooted my U-Verse Home Gateway, My routers and the Apple TV. Nothing seems to make Netflix work.

I've got the same problem on my iPad, my iMac and MacBook work fine, but the iPad won't stream anything. I've been getting 2 errors "NCCP authorize fail" and "sorry couldn't connect to Netflix servers". This has been going on for a few days now, I've restarted, re-installed, and still nothing. I'd be ****** if I had just purchased Apple TV 2, hopefully this will be solved by the time mine ships.

Same here, ive been watching an episode of the Avengers every night since it arrived with no problems. Then tonite as I select the episode I was halfway done watching, I receive the "sorry we are unable to connect with Netflix service. If problem persists contact Neflix" or something similar. I checked my account and I am not over my limit of devices. I can connect with iPhone, iPad , and Sony Bravia TV though without issue. Has anyone solved this issue?
