iPod Touch 4th Gen. Not able to manual set or sync bookmarks in iTunes 10

I am not able to manual set and sync my Bookmarks to my iPod Touch in iTunes 10.
When I add a new bookmark data off from my computer and I sync my iPod touch in iTunes the bookmarks aren't updated onto my iPod Touch, in the info tab of iTunes, it says that "my Bookmarks will be synced to my iPod Touch over the air from my Mobile me account and that the over the air sync settings can be changed on my iPod", Either on my iPod Touch or in iTunes sync system, how do I make theses changes? How can I manual sync my current new added Bookmarks data to my iPod touch when I sync my iPod touch without having the "over the air syncing" system turned on? Can this be changed over to the bookmarks data syncing settings ( I want to manual sync my new added bookmarks data onto my iPod touch without having to have my iPod to do the "over the air syncing" like it was before).
in My Mobile me account I notice that the Bookmarks aren't visible, are they suppose to be before? I can't remember in my Mobile me account if the bookmarks were visible or not, would you know?
