Hi, please tell me can a iphone3G with ios4.1 to use apple bluetooth keyboard?

No. ios 4.1 on an iphone 3g does not support this feature.

No. Only iPad, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch (3rd generation), and iPhone 4 will pair with the Apple Wireless Keyboard(2007 & 2009).
