Homescreen Wallpaper

I was setting a photo from my camera roll as wallpaper for the lock screen and hit wallpaper for the home screen by mistake. How do I get rid of the photo on the homescreen and go back to the original black background homescreen?

You need to add a black wallpaper and use that.

Either cover the camera lens with a finger and take a black picture or download one like this: http://www.free-mobile-wallpapers.com/iphone-wallpaper-black.php

Thanks for the info. I went to the free wallpaper site and had them email me the free black screen.
It's in my mailbox, but I have no idea how to get it into my photos to choose it as my home screen.
I went back to the website and had them download it, thinking that might work, but I still can't figure out
To get into my photos. Any help you can give me is really appreciated.
I tried to take a black picture, but it came out red one time, yellow another time,
and white the 3rd time. I'm not very savvy at using my phone.

To save an email attached photo to your Camera Roll album: Tap the photo, then tap Save Image. Then you can select it from your camera roll as your wallpaper.
